Unicorn program terms
In short. A limited number of startups get credits for Factory Zero products and perks. In return you give us a testimonial and agree that we publish how your company is built. Anything not covered here follows the Factory Zero Terms.
§1 · WHO WE ARE
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Factory Zero Pte. Ltd. (in formation, Singapore). “Factory Zero”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

§2 · THE PROGRAM
What the program is
The Unicorn program gives a limited number of startups credits for Factory Zero products, along with the perks in §7, in return for the commitments in §6.
Places are limited.
§3 · APPLYING
Applying and being accepted
You apply. We accept or decline each application. Each decision comes with a short message from us.
When we accept you, we record the version of these terms that applies to you.
You become a participant when we start you in the program. Accepted participants can receive and use credits. Only accepted, active and graduated participants can receive or use credits.
§4 · PARTICIPATION
Participation and graduation
We mark a participant as active when we start them in the program.
When the program ends for you, we mark you as graduated. Any credits you have left stay on your record.
§5 · CREDITS
Credits
We grant credits to a participant in amounts that we set. Each grant is recorded in the smallest unit of a currency.
A grant can have an expiry date. A grant expires at the end of that day (UTC). A grant with no expiry date does not expire.
When you use credits, we draw on the grants that expire first. Grants with no expiry date are drawn on last. A grant cannot be used after it has expired.
Credits left in a grant when it expires are expired, and they cannot be used.
Each use of credits is recorded against the product it was used on. We may extend the expiry date of a grant. We record a reason for each grant and use, and keep an audit entry for every grant, use and extension.
Your credits, grants, perks and terms are shown on your participant page in the control panel.

§6 · WHAT YOU AGREE TO

§7 · PERKS
Perks
As a participant you may receive:
- credits for Factory Zero products, as set out in §5;
- priority review of your requests;
- office hours with the team;
- introductions to partners and clients.
§8 · CHANGES
How we change these terms
These terms may change. The current version will be on this page, with its version number and date.
Anything not covered here, including how changes are notified, follows the Factory Zero Terms.
§9 · GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS
Governing law and courts
Governing law and courts follow the Factory Zero Terms.
This does not remove any mandatory consumer right you have where you live.
§10 · TRANSLATIONS
Which version prevails
If a translation of these terms differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
