Care plan terms
In short. A care plan is a monthly service that keeps your venture running after launch. It covers the items listed below. Anything not covered here follows the Factory Zero Terms.

These terms are between you and Factory Zero Pte. Ltd. (in formation, Singapore). “Factory Zero”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

§2 · THE PLAN
What the care plan is
The care plan is a recurring service that keeps a venture running after launch. A client buys it, as a choice in a signed offer or as a plan we make for a venture.
A plan has a start date. A month that starts before the start date does not count.
§3 · WHAT WE DO
What we do under the plan
Each month, the plan has these items. Each item is a promise to do the work, and we record what we did.
- Red-team tests. Two a month. AI hacking agents try to break in, and our agents fix what they find.
- Dependency updates. Outdated or insecure packages are patched automatically.
- Staging copy kept current. We keep a test copy of the venture that matches the live site.
- Changes tested before release. Each change is tested on a set of cases first. Every release must pass, or be fixed, before it is counted as done. You do the final check on staging, and nothing reaches your customers without your approval.
- Monthly report. We send you a report each month. You can download it, or print it to PDF.
A security fix under the plan may be notified to you by email.
Backups
Backups are included in the plan. They run on Factory Zero’s shared infrastructure, and they are limited in scope and retention.
A backup is not a guarantee against all data loss. A dedicated or extended backup setup is quoted separately.

§4 · PRICE AND BILLING
Price and billing
The price of a plan is set per venture by us. A plan keeps the price it was made with. Later changes to the venture’s price do not change an existing plan.
Prices are whole units of one of these currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, SGD, IDR or AUD. The currency is recorded with the plan.
A plan is billed monthly by default. It can instead be billed yearly, or on a custom interval of 1 to 36 months with a label, such as “per quarter”. The billing period is recorded with the plan.

§5 · PLAN ITEMS AND CHANGES
Plan items and changes
The items of a plan are fixed when the plan is made. A new scope needs a new plan.
A plan can be active, paused or ended. A paused plan is not counted as overdue for the months it is paused.

§6 · REPORTS
Reports and information
You see your own plan, its progress and its monthly reports in the console. You see only what we mark as client-facing. Internal notes and the audit trail are never shown to you.
